Question for anyone thats been pregnant & still nursing

I'm 6 dpo. Just now & once last night while I was laying down I got an AWFUL wave of nausea.. it had me heaving & while I was feeling sick I got the tingly let down feeling in my nipples... really uncomfortable like it is when you first start nursing. My LO is 12 months & I haven't felt let down much at all really for a really long time. Has anyone else experienced this or am I just odd??

I actually experienced that let down feeling today and thought that it was just in my mind...perhaps not. Other than that, my boobs haven't really bothered me as much as last time, just twinges every so often when my lo nurses, but nothing too painful. What about you??

That's exactly how its been... My nipples have hurt some and yesterday I had a really sharp pain when he was nursing but that's been all! My breasts aren't sore at all.. just the two times I've been seriously dry heaving I've had the let down feeling.. I thought it kinda odd.
