Hi!

A normal cycle is 28 days. Do you count from the day your period starts or your period ends to the next 28th day I have always been confused about that???

OMG I have been wrong all these years!!! So then I have been counting since my period ends and my periods have been every 40 days which means they are really every 34 days from start to start so does that mean I am not irregular??? bc 28-35 days is normal..... I count from the day it ends and it brings me to 40 days? So I am wrong?

Yep, what the ladies say. The first day of your cycle is the day when you need a sanitary/ pad for your AF. X

So then I am not irregular. My doctor is going to think I am an idiot. My cycle is 34 days and I have been telling him I am irregular and so on LOL. But my Clear blue monitor it is on day 17 and still does not show 2 bars so that is worrying me. Shouldn't it at this point show 2 bars on day 17???
