You don't produce milk until after your LO is born. During your pregnancy your breasts can make colostrum, which is premilk and your breasts getting ready to make breast milk.
Well my colostrum is starting to mix with milk now, and I'm 31wks on my first pregnancy. I have heard from a friend (who is on her third) that the milk can come from 28wks onwards, though mostly it is colostrum until about 32wks+

Your let-down of milk wont happen until after LO is here. It could take up to a week for you to get the fullness of your milk coming in. (mine took about 3 days to fully come in... Baby just ate colostrum until then).
I know your body can make colostrum really early and will do up to 2-4 days after giving birth (also know as liquid gold) colostrum is very concentrated milk basicaly and like I said 2-4 day after giving birth thats when your milk will 'come in' and you'll know about that because you boobs become slightly engorged, I took my bra off to get in the bath and the milk squirted out did it once in Hollies face too hehe, soon get better though.
so yeah your body dosen' make milk untill after your baby's born, but makes colostrum before.
