Ramzi Theory and my ultrasound!!

I attached my ultrasound picture! They said my placenta is fantastic, never thought I'd get that compliment and be so happy! But which side is it on?! Left or right?! Right (boy) left (girl). Appears to be attached on the right. Anyone familiar with reading these for the ramzi gender prediction? They say its where the "white spots" are located? Help! So excited to just play the guessing game

Was this transvaginal or abdominal? I think to use Ramzi theory, it has to transvaginal and between 6-8 weeks. If it is transvaginal, I think this would be girl.
