Random Anxiety??

Ugh....what is with these random bouts of anxiety?? I can just about handle the moodiness, my OH has even become well versed in recognising the signs 'pre-strop'....but waking up this morning I just felt like hiding under the covers feeling very protective of myself! Anyone else or is this just a club for one?

You're not kidding! Lol I woke up feeling nervous this morning probably because I was in imagination overdrive!

yep same here...sudden moments of OMG! and then i just try and rationalise and be logical...i think it's normal with everything that's changing both physically and emotionally. Try and think positive thoughts, seems to help me.

Yeah I'm sitting here with my 2nd mug of apple tea trying to chill a bit...I guess our brains are getting us prepared for the lifetime of 'on edge' lol!!

I definitely do... some days i have felt so anxious that i just couldn't bare to go to work so have called in sick..... i feel bad for it but i haven't dealt with these emotions and extreme yo yo changes like i am experiencing now. My moodiness is relatively ok, surprisingly. But i am struggling with anxiety a bit.

I hope it passes soon...

i have days like this. like yesterday i didnt have my usual sickness so i get worried. i guess u just have to stay possitive x

Me too babes....my OH can generally tell when I'm soon to go into one & usually runs me a bath, makes me a cuppa or hides! Lol! When I get like this I just wish I could be at home going about my merry business by myself.
