Random nose bleed and late period

i havent had my nose bleed for over 15 years (im 23 years old) and last night it started bleeding outta no where. i dont drink and im very healthy...could my nose be bleeding because of pregnancy? has this happen to u?

when my sister was pregnant with her second baby she had nose bleeds often . but she didnt know she was pregnant but she was and she never had random nose bleeds . so it could be a sign & it might not . take a pregnancy test or go in for a blood test
