Random pains like I've eaten a ninja star!

Weird feelings today! I can only describe it as there's a ninja star in my belly and when I bend, stretch, move it is a dull poking from inside like something sharp inside. I've had ligament pain and this doesn't feel like that and this is low and in the middle of my lower abdomen.
I thought it could be constipation but I've pooped 3x today! (And felt this pain each time)

Anyone got any theories?

I used to get tons of weird pains all the time. It's lessened now but it's totally normal as long as you're not doubled over in pain you're fine!
