Random Surge of Pain Through Chest

I've had this before I was pregnant, but it seems like it was much worse this time.

I got a random surge of pain through my chest that made me unable to breathe very hard or move because every time I would, it would cramp up my chest.

Feels like lightning through my chest. Not sure if that makes sense.

Do you know if pregnancy causes this or makes it stronger?

I get these but noone had been able to tell me why I get them. Ive heard its from dehydration/stress but my doctor doesnt have an actual legit reason for it, she said just drink more water, make sure i eat properly (7 meal/snacks a day) and make sure i take my vitamins, its helped alot. But i had it while pregnant with my son, after him and a little during this pregnancy. Maybe try drinking more water?

I've had it before, and I've always assumed it's associated with heartburn.
