:growlmad::shrug:PREMATURE stuff babygros ect bottles cost to much why ? i have spent a fortune on stuff as i need it for tiny harry but it winds me up that its so dear tobuy ? and its a must have if you have tiny baby

Primark does cheap baby grows but i know what you mean about the bottles they are extortionate. i calculated all i needed and it came to a few hundred but in all fairness a few years ago there wasnt cheaper makes that where more exspensive.

I know i am ignorant to baby stuff as this is my first but is there special baby grows you need, can you get them as i never seen anyhing for premature babies only 0-3 months.

OMG your right they are dear I went looking for a few sites for you
https://www.peenyweeny.co.uk/sess/utn;jsessionid=1548e674c056cd2/shopdata/index.shopscript

this one is dear but not as bad
https://www.babyprem.com/Premature0Boys.html

this one is resonable
https://www.babycity.co.uk/SC/baby-products/1/Premature-Baby.aspx

https://www.earlybaby.co.uk/acatalog/index.html another site

there are loads only i can see what you mean about the price. In general they are dear but i dont see why for premature babies they are more exspensive unless they know you need it now and dilibratly charge you more.

I buy most of Sam's stuff on ebay - it's a lot cheaper than anywhere else and they're not going to be in it for long! Or are you buying brand new stuff on there? x

I had to look it up as I dont have experiance as this is my first but now I know how dear they are and I am not surprised you are anger over that. Its like gluten free food buying and me, they put less ingrediants in and charge you twice as much for doing it. They do the same here. Less cloths more money. they know you need it and have to buy it. Evil marketting.

Did you manage to find any decent priced ones anywhere yet?

they are all over priced i have got a few bits off ebay but had to get some stuff off mjothercare and next as i little harry needed it

Next, Mothercare, Adams, Tesco all do prem baby as well as tiny baby (a bit bigger) stuff which is the same price as the rest of the range.

My aunt got me some stuff from marks and spencer for 'tiny baby' up to 7lbs their really lovely too but its mostly unisex, creams whites etc. and i don't even think they would fit a 6lb baby to be quite honest they are really very small and they aren't expensive, 7 in a pack for £5 and they are actually really nice too.

thanks i will have a look , but bless him he is not even 6lb yet lol :hugs:

know exactly what you mean hun!

Ali was tiny when he was born and we struggled to get clothes to fit him to that were reasonably priced. we got loads of stuff from asda and tesco and a few things from mother care. but because he has put on weight at a really good speed he was only in them for a few weeks any way. we are donating some of them to the neonatal unit ( i want to keep some of them too, to remind me of how tiny he was!!!).

 to you and little harry!

Asda's tiny baby stuff is up to 6lb and it's the same price as everything else so you shouldn't need to buy expensive clothes for him x
