Rant time, missing O due to unforseen circumstances

Grrrrrr! My husband and I got food poisoning and have been having an extremely rough day, if you know what I mean.

On top of that, I got my positive opk, on both my wondfo strip and CB opk. I didn't get any flashing smileys, and haven't BD'd since Friday night. Would you just bite the bullet and shower hoping you BD or would you just wait til next cycle?
