Rasberry leaf tablets

Okay , So I dont like the tea so I got tablets instead
It says you should tak betwen 3-6 a day

Its suppose to help bring on labour so If I took 6 today then maybe something will happen

What do you think
how many would you take or have took ??

As with any medication/supplement, I always err on the side of caution and take the minimum dose the first time....so, personally, I'd probably just take 3.

Hiya,

I think they help the Uterus contract so I don't think they 'start' labour but they help sped up the second stage, I guess you can take the full 6 per day as you are almost full-term, I wouldn't take over the stated dose though!

Yeh they just help to tone the uterus up to help during labour , not bring on labour xx
Like previously posted you could take the 6 but dont go over that .... or take the smaller dose an build your way up xx
