Don't start taking them until 34/35 weeks... I started taking the tea at 34 weeks because I'm being induced two weeks earlier. Start off with one cup a day per week then each week increase it, currently I'm on two cups a day.

Holland and Barratt are doing 3 boxes for £2.50...

Tea Vs Tablets - depends if you can stomach the tea... I kinda like it!

I dont really drink tea, so i went for the capsules straight away
It isnt going to induce labour, just softern your cervix and prepare you womb for contractions

Personally i think, its helped me as i had an internal today and baby is low and in the right position and i was 1cm dialated
However ive been have :sex: eating pineapple bouncing on a ball and going to aquanatal to make sure shes in the right position for labour and to help engagment

Nothing will make ur lo come any ealier, other than medical intervention

It depends which tablets ur taking as to the does. and i started at 34 weeks on the 2/6 a day then worked up to 6/6 for the 37th week. but i have had a sizing scan and knew baby was doing well and a good weight

You can drink it throughout your entire pregnancy, it will not bring on pre term labor, like Nibblenic said, it helps to tone and strengthen the uterus and soften the cervix, it helps heaps after LO is born too if you continue to drink it for 8 weeks.

I've been drinking it since 1st tri as it really helped with my m/s as well.

Yeah like the others say it helps to tone and strenghten your uterus and soften your cervix and also shorten labour in some women. I swear by them (I had the tablets) as I used them in both pregnancies and I had fast labours with both x

I totally love the tea! Ive drank it when i havent been pregnant.
My thoughts on it are all positive, it was good at getting rid of my false labour, it was good at helping bring on contraction when i was in slow labour.
I dilated fast enough for my first i was pushing for a total of 15mins.
I started drinking it at 36 weeks, i had up to 10 cups a tea depending on my mood. :D
