Rash on face, neck & shoulders?!

My lo has a rash on her face, neck & shoulders and not anywhere else. She is fine in herself,all is normal. Any ideas what it is? It's like little red spots

Could be baby acne. Gabriel got that around that age. It cleared up on its own in about a week or so.

Archie got a milk rash round that age, they went smaller and sort of dried up within a couple of days x
