So, I am going to get some raspberry leaf today to help with uterine toning.

My ? is this: do tablets work as well as the tea??

Sorry to the Brits here, but I am not a big tea drinker. I am afraid I won't use it as much as I should in tea form.

But I will make myself if the tabs don't work. Does anyone know??

    Thanks!!

    Hi,

I took Rasberry Leaf Tablets when pregnant with my 2 sons (now 12 and 16!) and they were both born at 37 weeks and 5 days and both nearly 9lb so I was glad they were early! Labour only 8 hours for my first and 2 hours for my second and that was only that long as on all four in the car on the way to the hospital!!!

I hope they did contribute to my positive experience in my previous labours as now pregnant again after 13 years so will definately try them again this time in the hope they will help with labour after all these years

Good luck and best wishes x

I've read different things. Most of what I have read say Third Tri is fine. Some say all pg is fine... some say early pg is not good.

Personally (knowing biology), if you expect it to work for uterine muscle toning, I wouldn't wait too long. Some places say don't start until like week 35. Muscle toning takes time and if you start late I can't imagine it would have time to do much good.

Yup -- I expect so. My friend who just had her baby used it at the end and has a ton left which she has offered to give to me.

I found mine at a vits and supplements store -- but I live in the U.S. Dunno where you would find them in the UK, but I am sure someone here knows!

EPO helps bring on contractions. I won't start taking that until I am literally ready to pop. I may not even start it until I am actually due... or within a few days of being due.

Honey, I would defo start the tea, though!

I was told 32 weeks is the earliest time to start taking this. Maybe do a little bit more research before carrying on. Don't mean to scare you, but wouldn't want to harm LO.
