Real bad period cramps but no period!!

Thanks girls! Just don't understand the very painful period like cramps I got yesterday and then that's gone and the light brown bleeding is gone..

So turns out that i am now in the same boat. No spotting but i am cramping so badly. I feel that icky feeling you get when af is around. I am only 7 dpo.
