I wake up in the middle of the night with horrid pain in my hips. I always lay on my side now, but I alternate sides throughout the night to get comfy. If I lay on one side too long, my hip hurts so bad...so I turn on the other side and the same thing happens after awhile. I try massaging it or stretching my legs up and down, but it just hurts so bad.

I've looked up online that sleeping with a pillow between your knees can help align your hips better while sleeping on your side...

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this and if you have any tips that have worked for you?

Sorry, I'm almost 31 weeks and I still have it. I just bought a memory foam topper for the bed to see if it helps, I'll let you guys know tomorrow!

I get that sometimes and a pillow between the legs helps me out alot though I'm still getting the worse ligament pain right in my pubic area. Hope you find somethin that helps soon.

Well, you can buy a pregnancy pillow, sort of expensive, but they're SO comfortable and help me sleep without having horrible hip pain for the most part (its still there at times, but the pillow does really help)
I've had one since 25 weeks and, before I got bigger and a little more uncomfortable with sleeping positions, it helped tremendously.

i get that to and found that the pillow between your legs does help:)

I get these too and they can hurt sooo bad,im constantly turning from one side to the other at night cos of the pain :( I dont know what they are, but a pillow between ur knees does help, i've also found that when it wakes me up cos its hurting lying on my back for a little bit helps stretch everything out and makes it feel better. xx
