Really heavy period??

Im 6 weeks pp and lochia stopped at 4 weeks exactly, yesterday what i presume is my period started with cramps and light brown blood looked like a normal start to a period but woke up this morning and there is so much blood like in the days after giving birth but a darker red, its a bit 'bitty' tiny little clots but really tiny but i can feel it pour out whenever i stand up and its freaking me out a little, does this sound normal??

i had this same thing happen to me between five and six weeks .I went in for check and they put me on antibiotic to slow the bleeding!!!! it was horrendous and they said it was normal at this point!
