Really nagging lower back pain, anyone else?

Hey all, Im 37 weeks tomorrow and have been having this really nagging, all-day long lower back pain for the last 2 days. I didn`t have much issues with this pregnancy except the baby has dropped very early, around 32 weeks. Since then, my pubic bone has been in agony for weeks and still is. My last US was yesterday and it showed that baby`s head is really far down. Could this be causing the lower back pain? Im hoping to make it to 39 weeks xxx

Baby may be engaging further which can cause back pain especially lower back pain too . I hope the pain has eased a bit since you posted this .

The baby engaging can definitely cause all sorts of different pains hun,as long as ur not noticing anything out of the ordinary (less movement/bleeding) then I would put it down to baby laying on a nerve or something,I hope the pain eases after laying on ur side and baby having a wriggle through the night for u xx
