i have been looking at house up north, they are so cheap!!

we can get a 4 bed house for cheaper than the one 3 bed we are in now.

dont know if Jase will want to go up north tho, will have to speak to him about it when he gets home, thats if he doesnt come on here and see this thread before hand, he is adicted lol

Cheshire :happydance: You'll be near me lol

We're heading more towards Cheshire next year defo :D

(Thought about going in or around Wrexham/Warrington)

just spoke to jase, he said he doesnt want to go higher than stoke on trent, derby and nottingham

know any of those areas (you live in stoke dont you?) are there any nice child freindly areas that you know of?

xx

I'm getting out of Stoke-On-Trent Layla

Not really sure if I'm honest! Where we are is ok tbh, quiet an that but theres naff all to do!! I guess the fact you drive would help!

I will have to look in to it more and talk to Jase, didnt get much oput of him when he came in from work coz he was tired, think hes gone to bed now.

really need to get out of here tho, its depressing me alot, to much has happend in this area, lots of reminders etc, just want a fresh start somehwere new

Depends what you want to pay I think Layla. Theres defo nicer areas towards Cheshire 8)

well our morgage is 115,000

so if we took that with us it would have to stay at that or less, we couldnt get a top up i dont think.

and we need a min of 3 beds, preferably 4! but i doubt we will get a 4 bed in cheshire

we have friends in cheshire so i wouldnt mind going up that way atall, but it al depends on Jase

https://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetails-8466739.rsp?pa_n=1&tr_t=buy Thats in an ok area, lots of things for kids round there, near to schools and stuff

https://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetails-8566798.rsp?pa_n=1&tr_t=buy not a bad area, different part of Warrington, near to the M62, shopping centre, schools, leisure centre etc nearby.... about 10 mins drive to centre of warrington

https://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetails-5235066.rsp?pa_n=1&tr_t=buy same kind of area as above

https://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetails-11195309.rsp?pa_n=2&tr_t=buy not sure where that one is... lol... but i like it! hehe!

https://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetails-12655637.rsp?pa_n=2&tr_t=buy - this is almost identical to the one i wanted to buy on queensway south, i love it!!

I know some of them are slightly above your mortgage... but just to give you an idea of whats around.... Couldn't find a 4 bed around warrington around what your mortgage is... I know i'm not much help really! lol!!

Anything in a WA2 postcode theres extra "terms" on the insurance, only little things, i didn't read them all!

We're in WA1 so right near to town centre... I personally wouldn't live in Orford, but Lauz, Vicky & Imi might think differently  (i'm a snob! lol!)
