I have a convertible car seat (Alpha Omega Elite) but I HATE it. It sits up too straight when rear facing so if she falls asleep her head just flops around. Plus I can't rear face it in my Jeep.

I have a '99 Cherokee Classic and the back seat belts are so stupid. They aren't very long so to stretch the seat belt all the way down and thread it through the rear facing part doesn't work. It just barely fits forward facing. Not to mention it almost touches the roof of my car. So it's huge.

I want something smaller, that's meant for ERF, and doesn't use too much seat belt.
I'll probably end up having to get extenders, but I want to find a new car seat first.

So give me your best suggestions!

Have you seen the ERF support thread here? A couple girls are very knowledgeable. I love my MyRide 65 from Wal mart but I think it might be too big for your jeep.

Proper ERF sets wont use much belt because of the support leg and tethers. (Im assuming ERF seats are the same over there?)
I have the britax hi way 2 and have plenty of 'spare' belt left over once the seat is installed but the belts were too short for me to be able to get his infant carrier in the back. (I had to put it in the front with the seat back as far as possible and it only just fitted!)
