    Under some of those food equivalents, I've only ever heard what's listed as being UK. I don't know anyone who'd say hard-cooked eggs, for instance, and straining and sifting are both words used here, like you strain the water from spaghetti noodles and sift sugar or flour to make it soft and fluffy. And the bottles say ketchup, not catsup. Odd list.

    Someone asked once, a stick of butter = 1/2 cup of butter :)
