Can anyone recommend me a baby sling that is easy to use or easy to use once you get the hang of it?
I have no idea when it comes to these so would appreciate if anyone can offer anything. Thankyou:thumbup:

ive got a moby wrap, i know it has had mixed reviews on here but personally i love it. Leo loves being in it aswell.x

He is 11 weeks and I would guess he is around 12 or 13lbs now.

i love my sleepy wrap! I can still use it now lo is bigger but have to tie it tighter! Jx

The basic stretch wraps ie. moby, sleepy, will last for another 2-4 months max (probably 3-4 months at your LO's size)

If you want something like that which lasts longer, go to natural parenting section and you'll see info about woven wraps - those last until toddlerhood.

You can also get an SSC (soft structure carrier) which goes from newborn to toddler hood (it has ties/buckles), such as an ergo, mei tai, connecta

I personally started using an ergo at your lo's age (I went to an SSC because mine was 12-13lbs at around 2-3 weeks old so I wanted something to last longer). I still use it daily and he is now 16 months/30lbs.

All wraps/slings can be a little tricky at first but once you get used to it, it's very easy. Sort of like riding a bike :) In natural parenting, you can also view a thread called "let's see you babywearing" to give you an idea of what they look like with real babies & women hehe

I've got the babasling. It seems quite good but still can't work out how to use though :dohh:

I have 3 and use all of them

Moby Wrap (use this most)
Lite On Shoulder sling (use this second most)
Baby bjorn type thing (use this least, husband uses more than I do)

Couldn't live without my baby Bjorn, LO loves it too! I have a babasling, he hates it and a Moby style one which is really comfy just a big faf to put on and LO can get upset going in it x
