Recommended Hypnobirthing Resources?

    I've been thinking about trying hypnobirthing for this labour, and the more I read about it the more I'm convinced about it. I'm hoping I haven't left it too late?

    I don't have the time/money to do a class, so it would have to be a book/cd if I used it. Ideally I'd like to buy and download it online but there doesn't seem to be much out there and I want to know I'm spending wisely. I'm just impatient to try it out I suppose so I'd love to download it instantly rather than waiting for something to arrive!

    What would those of you who have already purchased Hypnobirthing material recommend?

    Hi - I've heard a lot of good things about the book:

    HypnoBirthing: The Mongan Method: A natural approach to a safe, easier, more comfortable birthing (3rd Edition) by Marie F. Mongan

    I am just looking into hypnobirthing too, so am not talking from my experience, just what others are saying.... good luck!
