red itchy bump

I've noticed tonight that my bump is quite itchy which isn't that worrying.. I was told to expect this due to the skin streching etc.. But its a purple/red colour .. You know like when your cold.. When I touch or press on it my hand leaves a white mark is this anything to worry about? X

I would call your doctor. Mine has been redish and lotion fixes it but never purple.
