reg. first ultrasound appointment

i am going to hear my baby's heartbeat(7 weeks appointment).. do i have to eat something and drink lots of water before going to the doctor's office ? or as they draw some blood test and urine test i have to go without eating anything? please help me how to prepare for this appointment... are there ant specific must questions to ask the doc.. sorry i am a bit new to all these...

If the doctor didn't advise you of anything you had to do for this appointment, just go about your day as you normally would. If it's not an ultrasound, then there is no need to drink a lot of water beforehand.
As for questions, I asked the questions that would effect my day to day living, like, can I continue with my exercise, do I need to take more vitamins?
