Im really struggling at the mo to try and keep my body temp regulated.

Im always so so so hot, even days that its cold and its making me feel really lousy and irritable.

any one else having this prob or are you managing to maintain it some how?

Nope! It starts off with hot feet and then that's it I'm uncomfortable, hot, irritable, and just can't do anything without breaking into a sweat :( I just end up putting a bottle of cold cold water inbetween my feet and keep my feet cool that way :( But it doesn't really work! Maybe a cold shower would work?

Weird - I had this yesterday and then again last night... too hot then too cold - to feel me didnt match with the way I was feeling I felt generally cold. I ended up sitting up till 3/4am just trying everything.

Maybe it's time to invest in one of those A/C units... the US ladies have the right idea having AC installed in their houses lol :)
