I was wondering if anyone could recomend any websites or anywhere i can get info on breathing and relaxation techniques as i want to keep myself an baby as calm as possible so not to have to go to hospital!!

Natal hypnotherapy, hun. It's really good and gets brilliant reviews from people who use it.

Hi, Weffi82. I'm doing Hypnobirthing. You can go to the hypnobirthing website at www.hynobirthing.com. There a bunch of different relaxation and breathing techniques. You might also want to pick up the book Hypnobabies. I got it for like $6 on Amazon. Also, have you considered a water birth? I'm doing that too, and I've been told it helps with pain management.

    Good luck!
