Relaxation cd

    I quite fancy having some sort of relaxation cd playing in the background whilst I am in labour but im finding it difficult to find any!

    Has anybody got a good one or can recommend one?

    I just made one of all my fav ballads and love songs, the ones that are chilled out, maybe worth doing one if u cant find a good relaxation one?

    I want one that does all sorts of nature sounds, like rain and wind etc...i think music with words would pi$$ me off!:rofl:

    hi hunni my mum works for a company called diviniti publishing and they have just launched a relaxation/hypnotherapy cd its called blissfull birth theres the link

    its great, and cheap they also do loads more and if you were to call them and ask questions they are all a lovely bnch and have all the time in the world to help out with any questions you have, give them a try hunni, and let us all know if it helps you xx
