I quite fancy having some sort of relaxation cd playing in the background whilst I am in labour but im finding it difficult to find any! Has anybody got a good one or can recommend one?
I just made one of all my fav ballads and love songs, the ones that are chilled out, maybe worth doing one if u cant find a good relaxation one?
I want one that does all sorts of nature sounds, like rain and wind etc...i think music with words would pi$$ me off!
