relieving itchy skin....

    I have a patch on the bottom of my foot that gets really really itchy, it itches so bad that i have scratched it raw and its bleeding. What can i do to relieve the itch so i dont scratch it?

    Or sea slat in your bath water ...

    yes as above and get some sudo-cream to treat it

    Will have to hunt my sudocrem tub, can only find savlon atm. I dont really find either of them help the itching, just helps it heal quicker

    E45 anti itch cream is good!

    On the bottom of you foot! it is possible its a fungal infection, a bit like athletes foot, thats itchy. Try an athletes foot treatment.

    It was originally a blister that burst and became itchy....

    Try sea salt hun ... honestly works wonders!
