Repeat scan in a few hours! Freaking out!

I had a scan at 5+5 that didn't show a fetal pole (yolk sac and gestation sac only). I have my repeat scan at 1 PM EST today and I'm totally freaked!

Please think some good thoughts for me!

Good luck! It's not uncommon to not see a fetal pole at 5+5 so hopefully you will have an excellent scan today.

Hi , try not to panic it really is not uncommon to see nothing at that early stage. Its usually between weeks 6-7 you see a heart beat and a tiny blob!

I TOTALLY understand. I had something similar happen at my 5 week scan, a gestational sac and a hint of a yolk sac. Mind you my Dr. wasn't concerned at all and she congratulated me so I know I should relax but it is so hard. I just want to see the little bean. I have a repeat scan in 4 days.

I am sending you super positive, sticky vibes and I have a feeling everything is going to be great!

I have my ultrasound today too!! However this will be m first at 6 weeks 5 days.....

I'm so nervous because my hcg levels have not been doubling and not as high as the doctor would like. AND i've been spotting for a week now. I pray that we both hear a heart beat at 1pm... and that we see a healthy little baby growing. my appointment is at 1pm as well!!

Good luck! I'm sure everything will be perfect! At my 6+1 ultrasound babys heartbeat was a low 101, they said it had just started beating, so its totally normal not to have a heartbeat before 6 weeks
