Restarting Femara CD10 ?? Help!

Hi! I took 2.5 femara CD 3-7 and then estradiol for my lining starting CD 6. Went today CD10 for my check and only had one follicle 15mm (hope thats right) my lining was great at 10.1 I just missed a call from my doctor that said to restart a higher dose of Femara tonight and take it for the next 5 nights and go back for ultrasound in a week. I have NEVER heard of this.. is this normal?
My problem is that i have EWCM right now, still no positive OPK and lining is perfect. Will the femara stop ovulation from happening and does anyone know if my lining will stay the same ?

One more thing... If I don't take the femara and just wait to ovulate will my egg be mature enough?

I never took femara after the first 8 days. For CD10 that sounds good. Your follicle would hopefully be about 21 mm by CD13. I don't think they necessarily would expect more than one follicle with such a low dose of femara. Interested on the rational...
