Results of nuchal test

Hi, could anyone tell me how long it takes to get the results from your 12 week scan? Do they tell you there and then at the scan?

it depends on your hospital - in my first pregnancy they just did the fold measurement - so told me there and then

this time round I had to have a blood test, and they told me I wont hear for 2 weeks - and it will be by post - unless there is a problem in which case I will get a phone call next week...

They will tell you at your scan

Same with me, I got the measurement of the fold at the scan. Was told that if there was a problem with the bloods I would receive a phone call within a week and if not I would receive a letter within a couple of weeks. Had my scan at 11+4 and received my letter at 14+1, so a little longer than a couple of weeks.
