Rib pain

Ive been having on and off rib pain since my LO was about 2 months old.. I firat noticed it when I slept on my side and wouls hurt.. now its just random and hurts to touch. It feels really sore and slightly like when they have their feet in your ribs in pregnancy.
LO is now 14 weeks old.
Had 3-4 blood tests and the only thing showing at the moment is my thyroids gone overreactive (im usually underactive)
Liver results more than finE..

Anyone else relate to this??

Is it in the rib bones itself, the spaces between or in the soft tissue underneath the bottom rib?

It feels like where your bra sits. Im going to see a gastro doctor tomorrow so hoping he will be able to rule out or in ghe obvious like gall bladder etc.
