I keep gettin rib pains and hard to breath :o
just want to make sure i am not the only one out there suffering from this,,
is it just from stretching?

Not sure if its the same as you have but I've been getting an ache in my ribs and in my back in the last few days. It feels like I have pressure in my ribs but I'm being squeezed too! My midwife said it sounds like indigestion & stretching as everything is moving to make room for the baby. I've been having 2 deflatine tablets (for trapped wind & indigestion) & it seems to clear it within an hour or so! I was told to try not to slouch over as this makes it worse too!

Sorry to go on if this doesn't sound like what you have but the tablets are worth a go if it does x

Girls I think I have been experiencing the same aches, when I slouch its worst. I think its everything just being squished up :(

I find rib pain the worst pain i've experienced ever! I had it with my daughter towards the end of the pregnancy but i've got it much earlier this pregnancy (i'm assuming because there's two in there!) The only relief i get is when i lay down which isn't ideal! I feel like a complete invalid this pregnancy, everything is falling apart!

I had a similar pain and discomfort for a few days last week. Pain in my ribs and around to my upper back. I couldn't figure it out as I was only just 13 weeks then and haven't put on much weight at all. It may be different as you ladies are all further along than me, but on a whim I went and bought some bra-back extenders to loosen my bra and within a day of wearing them I found the pain went away.

It may have been a coincidence in the timing, or my issue may have been different, but if you haven't changed your bra back size it may be worth a try.

Good luck and I hope you find a solution. I know I was miserable with the pain for a few days there.

mm nice to hear i am not the only one,, i will try to buy that bra extention,, my bra does seem really tight :O
and i also have it worse if i bend over or take a deep breat or laugh,, :s
