rocking to crawling

lily can get her knees under her tummy and rocks but is getting very stressed with the situation of not moving or even moving backwards how long did your lo go from rocking to crawling ? and what age

Elyse was up on all fours rocking from August... 5 months.... to October 25? the day she actually started to properly crawl, and she was just over 7 months when she started to crawl

Thanks ...shes been tryin and rocking awhile but now her knees are right under her she looks like shes gunna laurnch herself then screams cos she cant get anywhere x

awww bless her!!!! Daisy doesnt even get her knees under her dunno if she's gonna skip Crawling - she just doesn't seem interested in it?????

Daisy is a little younger then lily and they all go at there own pace ...Jake didnt move until 9 months and walked at 14 months ...katie shuffled at 6m and walked at 10 months ...Ethan was 10m and walkin ...cant remeber him crawlin dont think he did for long

Freya was rocking at about 5.5 months, commando crawling at 6 months, and is doing a combination of commando and normal crawling now. I think once they do the commando thing it can last a while as they can get about pretty well? Seems to be what is happening here anyway!

Austin started doing it at 8 months and he is crawling now at nearly 9 months x

Alex did shooting forward at 6.5 months, rocking at 7 months then a week after the rocking he figured out to move his arms

Euan was rocking from about 7 months, standing up at 8.5 months and crawling just before 9 months.

Claire rocked on all fours at about 6 months, and started properly crawling at around 8.5 months. She could crawl at 8 months but she wasn't very good at it!
