Hoping some of you can calm my nerves about this -

I was running 15-20 miles a week about a month ago. I stopped prior to getting my transabdominal cerclage placed and haven't ran since.

I ovulated 2/5 and decided to go out for a run on 2/7 - just two miles, but I was definitely huffing and puffing. Today (2/9) I went out again and was SERIOUSLY huffing and puffing since it's much hotter out today.

Should I stop the exercise during the TWW? I know that in general you're only supposed to continue what your body is used to, and I'm definitely not used to running so much anymore, but I'd like to work my way up to jogging 10 miles a week or so so I can continue some sort of light cardio if I do get pregnant (and if i don't, i'd like to work back up to my previous mileage!).

Could the two runs I did hurt my chances of implantation this month? I didn't think about it until I got back from the run today and now I'm worried. I'll take it easy until I get my period now for sure.
