Sac too small on Twin b help!

Baby B isn’t going to make it because it’s sac is too small😔 Anyone have experience with this?

Baby a heart rate 147 sac 18mm
Baby b heart rate 132 sac 8mm
Both measuring 6weeks 6 days
I will be 7 weeks tomorrow.

What are the chances I will end up with one healthy baby? 😔

Both heart rates are good. C9upd it be the one sac was harder to measure? I've heard of women having scans at 7/8 weeks and only seeing one baby and going for a scan at 12 weeks and finding out its twins. Sending love x
