There's a new park that opened up by my house, and they have work out equipment outside. Such as stair climbers, ellipticals (sp?), manual treadmills, etc. I want to start going there once the weather warms up just a tad. Does anyone know if any of these are safe to work out on? For how long? I'm not planning on doing any of it in the blazing heat. I tried googling info, but I couldn't find anything on it. Thanks!

There is not any specific pieces of equipment that are considered safe or unsafe, it is more based on your physical fitness level before pregnancy and what your body is "used" to. If you have not been previously working out, you would need to start very easy and listen to your body. I'd discuss what you plan to do with your healthcare provider.

I Don't see anything wrong with them. It's not high impact.
always best to consult with your doctor though :)
