Hey, noticed a few of you girls are from N. Ireland. Just wondering has anyone been to see Santa in Castlecourt. Im from Portadown but if it was any good id drive up for wee man to see him there, or can you suggest which one to go to?
:flower:

Hi, I used to live in Belfast and now live just outside lurgan/moira, was actually thinking of doing the same after seeing what rushmere had to offer... The christmas market is opening on Saturday so think we might make a day of it x

I haven't been to the castlecourt one, but I'll prob be taking amy to the one in hillside garden centre in Newtownabbey. They make a big deal out of it, and everything goes to charity, as far as i can remember xx

The contential market thats usually at the city hall. What show is on in the Kings hall on Sunday and do you need tickets lol. Yeah we're not too far away though don't really know the area even though we've lived here a year, OH works Portadown/Lurgan so we moved this way.

Lauzie84 is hillside the one that has the santa trail?

That might be Donegore = up near the airport? I took my nephews there and they loved it!

No did the Donegore one past few years as I lived in Crumlin, I just remember going to one at night, must have been about 8 years ago, it was near newtownabbey, it was lovely, just can't remember where it was ...

Its called The Magic of Christmas, prob just like a glorified market i reckon only indoors so a plus lol. Think its £5 per person and santa is there too, though not for pictures or anything i dont think.

Must go look up the Donegore one now, never heard of any of them lol

Yeah it's really good. I volunteered to help out at it one year and it's really worth the money xx

Think I might have to squeeze these all in one or two each weekend lol. Really looking forward to this weekend, though love the market at night, all the smells and the little white christmas lights on the tree at the city hall, makes christmas magical.

I've booked to go to Donegore just before Christmas, it's really nice. I was there 2 years ago as well.
