Has anyone found this book useful? If so how?
The baby version not toddler.

I disagree with some things she says (esp about weaning) but the sleep schedules were really good for us when DS was refusing to nap.

I read it when Lo was 3 weeks. i can't even really remember all of it tbh but there were a few things I didn't agree with. I think by memory she was anti dummy but my Lo has one and I don't see a problem with that. I think the trick is to take it with a pinch of salt and make it your own. I keep LO in a similar time schedule but not the same times as she suggests. I go with the flow each day and it seems to be working.

You will find a lot of pages against that book to on facebook. Tizzie gives dangerous advice imo. She questioned on it many many times to.

Yep, agree. I just found the time schedule helpful, ie how long lo is up between sleeps etc.
