Scan at 37 weeks - breech baby - whats next?

Next Thursday i'll have a scan to confirm baby position, will be 36+4
She was transverse all the way until few weeks back turned breech

So what happens next?
I will decline attempt to turn her.
Would they scan again later on? Would i be given c section date or carry on with normal midwife app?

Baby has been breech all along here. I had a consultant appointment last week and they have booked me in for a c section at 39 weeks as I declined having him turned. I will have midwive appointments in between so will know if he's decided to go head down.

I'm at St Thomas' in London and they said if baby is still breech at 36, they will offer to manually turn (which I would decline) and then on that day they would schedule the C section for 38/39 weeks
