Scan today at 8+6 wks and no baby and no hb

Went in for a follow up scan today to find that the u/s tech could only find a yolk sac and no baby and no hb. I had just been in 2 wks ago at 6+2 wks and had a baby and hb of 105. I've had no bleeding or clots since then so could she have missed the baby and not gotten close enough for a hb? How could there have been a baby 2 wks ago and nothing today?

Went for my us lost my baby again.. Two miscarriages now I'm surprised how many women have I never realized it. I'm still sick and all probably have to get another d&c on Friday because my #s are still too high. I know god has a plan just not sure why this happened again but I can't give up!
