Scan tomorrow at 16+2, OH can't make it. Should I ask the sex anyway??!

What d'ya reckon girlies? I was thinking about asking the sonographer to write it down maybe & we could both look together on fri night when he's back?

Or do you think 16+2 is too early to tell the sex?!

16+2 is a good time to tell the sex and if your OH wants to find out together then yes i would ask them to write it down as long as you can contain yourself and not peek hehe

Definitely get them to write it down - you'll regret it if you don't

A few people have gone without OH and had them write it down in sealed envelope. You may get a snotty sonographer who doesnt want to write in black and white so to speak but they usually write : scan indicated strong possibility of X or Y.

Am getting tempted to find out this time. Would make life a little easier although the surprise was nice with dd...

I didn't find out last time & quite like the idea of having done it both ways!! Plus it's more about what's practical second time round I think. Though it's still soooooooo exciting!!
