Scan tomorrow - nervous!

So, I have my scan tomorrow, I'll be 12+5, I'm pretty nervous because of my past history.
I haven't had sickness for 3 days, but had the feeling there so not gone completely, but at least I've been off my tablets for 4 days
Scan is at 10.30am...I haven't been stressed, kept happy...So hope all will be well!!!
