Yup, I gotta go back on Oct 22 for another scan - to measure the heartbeat and see the fetal pole and such.
I had a moment of utter panic yesterday. I started spotting. I frantically called the doctor and he explained that it's common to have spotting after internal ultrasound...so if you get the same thing, you know why. I'm monitoring it for the next 24hours but it seems to have stopped last night. Oh man, this kid is going to give me grey hairs before it's even born!
Are you getting the ultrasound/screening for Open Neural Tube Defects and Down Syndrome during your 12th week? Or is this just a regular checkup scan?
