I'm 7+4, barely any symptoms at all. I don't feel pregnant. I have my first scan on Thursday and I am beyond petrified that there won't be a heartbeat. How common are MMC? I keep looking them up. Is it fear or intuition? I also had a dream there was no heartbeat, although the night before I had a dream I was giving my baby girl a bath. I am just so scared. Just looking for a little reassurance. Did other people have little to no symptoms and everything was fine on their scan? I don't know how to stop worrying!

Aw I am sorry you are going through this. I can say that still at 12+4 I have very minimal symptoms. I haven't had any MS mild nausea once or twice. The only symptom I experienced as sore boobs. I have my 12 weeks scan today, but up until now my blood work came back healthy. I didn't see a heartbeat until late 6th week, which was very scary, but by the 8th week scan the baby looks healthy and normal. Do not stress too hard. Everyone is different. That 8 weeks scan is definitely going to ease your mind, just be patient and don't think the worst. As for the dreams, I have had some really vivid dreams where baby is not okay. Aside from that, ALL of my dreams are super bizarre but I hear that is normal. Just relax and keep us updated.

I'm 7+1 and not having many symptoms either. I've thrown up a total of 3 times so nothing major. I had an u/s at 6+2 and everything was fine. So don't worry too much, I'm sure everything will be ok!

I wasted almost all of my first trimester worrying something was wrong because I felt 100% normal. Pregnancy is different for every woman, and everything that you see in the media is hyped up and dramatized. I've heard so many stories of women not knowing they were pregnant for months - because not everyone has classic symptoms. Now, at over 14 weeks, I am just beginning to experience frequent urination. I never had any remarkable fatigue, no nausea, no bloating, and my breast tenderness has always been mild.

Now I just consider myself lucky. I love being pregnant! Relax and enjoy.

Thanks ladies. I really need to just chill out and enjoy this time. What will be will be and worrying isn't going to change the outcome one bit. It is nice to hear from others that had minimal symptoms and babies are all OK. Fx mine is too!

I have never had any symptoms in my whole 3 pregnancies (bar a few bouts of very mild nausea with dd2.) and I have 2 beautiful daughters and a scan on Thursday showed a bouncy baby in there too!

Try not to worry. The symptoms or lack of symptoms are not an indication of how the pregnancy is going. I had minimal symptoms with my first and same so far with this pregnancy. Every woman is different. :hugs:
