Scary pains :(

I have been getting really sharp cramps in my, ahem, lady garden, back and belly like really strong period cramps. I am fully expecting to get my period thats how I feel. Is this normal for 4 weeks? This is scary business!

Some cramping is normal in early pregnancy because of all the hormones... Are they really painful or prolonged? Or do they just come and go?

they come and go, its worse in the morning then nausea hits me in the evening. I get the sharp pains when I climb the stairs too quickly

These tend to be pretty normal.
There is lots of growing, stretching and moving going on in your lady bits.
For the first few weeks I had pains similiar to period cramps...I found they had more of an achey feeling to them than my usual period cramps.
Seem to have tapered off now but I still get them sometimes

hiya hun, i think its normal as theres a lot of stretching going on down there getting ready to house a baby, i keep going to the toilet expecting to of come on but luckily enough its stayed away, so i think as long as your not loosing anything and your not in agony with it then they should start to slope off soon enough, as for the sharp pains tryto slow down a little take it easy, hope all works out for you xx
