Haven't been on here for a while but just wondered how everyones routines had progressed to at 18 months. Am I still on the right track? Milk intake. Solid quantities. Bedtimes. Bath times. Etc.
Thanks x

Oooh - good thread! Here's a typical day if we're home....

7ish up & sippy of whole milk
8ish breakfast - cereal & fruit
12 lunch - sandwich/toastie/jacket spud with fruit. If she's very hungry she gets crisps & a yogurt too. The sandwiches are two slices of bread - she has a big appetite!
1pm ish - nap for 90ish mins (I wake her if she goes for too long)
5pm dinner - hot meal eg spag Bol, veg lasagne, stew, fish pie etc with veg. Sometimes she has fruit after this - but it depends how much she's had over the day
6pm - itng with a sippy of whole milk
6.30 bath
7ish bed & storytime

Sometimes she has snacks at 10 & 3 but only if she asks for them & I try to give cucumber sticks, crackers or rice cakes. She could make eating an Olympic sport!!! She also has about 2x330ml straw cups of water & 2 sippy cups of juice a day (she's polishing them all off in the summer heat).

Looking forward to seeing some other 18 mth routines :flower:

I think if it works for you, then you are doing just fine!

Paige has 7oz of milk in her bedtime bottle. Thats all the milk she drinks, although she has cereal most mornings and eats lots of cheese/yoghurts etc.
She eats any food at all pretty much, and loves fruit, some veg, all meats, pasta, potatoes, fish... you name it, she eats it! Her meals arent the biggest but she eats the same amount most nights so it must be enough for her!
She naps once during the day for around an hour (90 mins if Im lucky!) although sometimes she has 2 naps of around an hour each maybe once or twice a week)
Her bathtime is at 6pm, then she watches ITNG and goes to bed when it finishes and it usually asleep by 7pm. She wakes around 6/6.30am.

(some nights she goes to sleep at 6/6.30pm but still wakes at the same time in the morning)

Its not set in stone, and it does vary but this is our general routine :D

My LO is constantly after food, especially when she sees it. When I'm cooking its a nightmare!

Our typical day is:

We wake between 7-8 and have breakfast. A bowl of weetabix, rice krispies or corn flakes with a drink of milk in a cup. I don't measure it out anymore, I just keep topping it up. I don't fill it right up as we are learning without a lid. She will sometimes say "a more, a more, a more". And she'll have a banana or some chopped fruit if she does.
We have snack at a varied time depending on what we are doing, or what mood she's in lol varies between 9.30-11. Usually a tommee tippee weaning pot of chopped fruit or a banana, if she has not had one at breakfast.
Lunch is 12ish. Varies from day-day. We usually have a petis filous small pot for pudding.
Nap after lunch. (We sometimes have lunch earlier if she is tired) Nap can vary but I like her to have at least an hour or night times a nightmare. She sleeps much better at home in her cot than out in her pram.
We have another snack about 2.30-3. Fruit or breadsticks/crackers and cheese. Smoothies. Etc.
Tea is 5ish. She usually is wanting it before then, but I don't know if its because she's hungry or just the fact she can see me making it. But I can't get tea made any earlier.
Bath is 6/6.30, depending on how our day has gone. Then we watch ITNG and have a cup of milk. Probably about 8oz's. We sometimes have porridge using some of that milk.
