Screaming when burping

My LO screams the house down when I take her bottle off her to burp her. I try to burp her 2 or 3 times through a feed, as she's quite often sick if I don't, but she fights it the whole time making it really difficult to wind her. Anyone else found this with their LO?

Any help would be amazing, it's a constant battle at feed times and I'm really struggling with it. Thanks. Xxx

My dr told me that we should burp after 1oz but that if she cries a lot when we do that to not burp her til the end. She said she could intake more air with the crying than she would if we just left her til she was satisfied and then burp.

Brandon does this too!! At first I would just put the bottle back in his mouth but then that would lead to him being sick more! So now I just block out the noise and the wriggling and persevere with the burping and after about a minute or two (or three) he'l quieten down! x x x
